The Brood XIII cicadas have emerged from their 17-year underground slumber to fill the trees with their vibrating sounds! Inspired by this extraordinary natural phenomenon, Brushwood Center presents Metamorphosis: Emerging from the Dark. As these creatures spread their newfound wings, Metamorphosis features the work of over 30 local artists exploring the themes of transformation, rebirth, and the journey from darkness to light.
