We consider the following when planning, and try to include these details for all programming and events.

Accessible entrances, parking, building access, availability of restrooms and water fountains, availability of places to sit/rest
Activity Expectations
Description of terrain for trails/pathways (Is it paved? Is there elevation?), number of people, length of program
Sensory Expectations
Lights, sounds, space
Available Accommodations
Language interpretation, alternative routes, sensory friendly space for people that may need it
