Board Treasurer
Michelle Cronin
Michelle Cronin is a strategy and finance professional that specializes in working with Boards, executive teams, and staff to focus their operations and resources. She helps local and national organizations grow their impact through building capacity, increasing the effectiveness of their services, and fostering strong leadership. She previously worked for nonprofits such as Feeding America and Teach for America leading their national strategy and performance management efforts. She has also worked in the for-profit world for consulting and financial services firms such as Goldman Sachs. A graduate of Northwestern University, Michelle enjoys gardening, cooking, painting, and biking. Michelle is a dedicated civic leader who has volunteered and served on Boards of organizations that improve communities by addressing equity issues including access to education, healthcare, and resources. She is proud to work with the team at the Brushwood Center which nurtures personal and community well-being through innovative programming in arts, health, and nature.
