Meet our Board

Disha Narang, MD

Disha Narang, M.D. is a board-certified endocrinologist, obesity and culinary medicine specialist at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital. Dr. Narang is the Director of Obesity Medicine, and is passionate about culinary medicine, weight management, and diabetes care. She strives to emphasize the adage “food is medicine” throughout her medical practice and community outreach. She is greatly involved in bringing culinary medicine programming to the hospital and local community via her organization, Culinary Medics, and wants to work with members of the community to help in disseminating nutrition education to improve community health.
